To release tension, I offer a brief, basic elements of Thai-style pressure massage to ease tightness and release tension.

Flowing nurturing Lomi Lomi–Inspired Strokes

I use long, slow, flowing strokes inspired by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi to invite your body into deeper relaxation.

Warm Oils Massage

We use warm, pure grapeseed oil with optional aromatherapy, and integrate body massage techniques to further relax you.

Mindful Presence & Energy Awareness

Your session is guided by mindful presence, conscious touch, and sensitivity to subtle energy cues.
